Farida Jalal, is a veteran Indian actress who has acted in almost every movie in the 90's like 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge', 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' and 'Raja Hindustani'.
She became a household name after portraying roles of a mother in the 90's movies. But, where is she now?
Now, we don't see her much on the big screen. Recently, she appeared in the movies like 'Love Breakups Zindagi', 'Student of the Year' and 'A Gran Plan', for which she won the Best Actress Award at 2012 Harlem International Film Festival.
Besides her work in Bollywood, she used to appear in numerous shows on the Indian television like 'Shararat', and 'Ammaji Ki Galli'.
Currently, she is seen in the daily soap 'Satrangi Sasural' on channel Zee TV.
In this TV serial, she is portraying the role of Daadi Maa. But, we all want to see her back in the movies.
