Recently, 'Udta Punjab' created a lot of buzz due to the issues with the Censor Board. After a long battle the movie will be released with just one cut. Apart from that there are many movies that got into trouble with Censor Board this year.
'Angry India Goddesses' - The Censor Board has suggested 18 cuts in this movie before the release and they also dropped a major portion of Tannishtha’s role.
'Tamasha' - In the movie there was a kissing scene between Ranbir and Deepika and the Censor Board asked the director to reduce the duration of the kiss.
'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' - Yes Censor Board also came with multiple objections with Sooraj Barjatya's film including the use of the word ‘rakhail’ in the movie.
'NH10' - The Censor Board wanted to ban this movie due to the excessive use of abusive words and violent scenes but at last it was released without much problems.
'Bombay Velvet' - And lastly it was again Anurag Kashyap's movie in which the Censor Board objected to a long kissing scene between Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor.
