Twitter is this whole other universe isn't it – populated by its wits, dim-wits, stars, groupies followers, the trolls and the trolled! You can never predict exactly how a Twitter interaction will turn out. You can never say what offends someone and delights another. Take a look at what happened when some birthdays were ‘celebrated’ in Twitter.
Now nice! Camaraderie in the industry is what one would think. Except that most people found it strange that the picture accompanying the tweet was that of Sinha and Amitabh Bachchan. Khan wasn’t in the frame. Many pointed this out.
How Arbaz Khan and his tennis star lookalike figure in the scheme of things is anyone's guess. Another took it a step further, posted an old pic of Tendulkar's son playing cricket and captioned it “Remembering Justin Beiber” – strange!
Here, out of the person wished, the person wishing and the person in the photo, nothing matches! Similarly one person wished Nelson Mandela while posting a picture of Samuel L Jackson!
Here we have the PM in a rather elaborate getup clearly declaiming in his characteristically dramatic style – ergo perhaps the caption?
It was Prabhas’s birthday. Since the Baahubali movies earned him international fame, people were falling over themselves to wish him. This is what is co-star Rana Daggubati tweeted (this is an old tweet but who cares).
…that Prabhas shares a friendly rapport with most of his co-stars. In this collection of pics we see some old and some new Prabhas pix with his colleagues.
…Between his love for cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his desire to say happy birthday to the Baahubali star.
Prabhas’s birthday coincided with the release of the first look of his upcoming movie Saaho, a trilingual action thriller starring Prabhas and Shraddha. The movie releases next year but everyone was clearly extremely enthused about it.
