There’s always something new and interesting going on in Dubai, isn’t there! Well, the Coca Cola Arena, Dubai is the latest in the line of the amazing, fascinating things going on here. We look at what the Coca-Cola arena is and check out some of the events that are going to be hosted here:
This is the first and largest fully air-conditioned, multipurpose indoor Arena in the Middle East. Since it is a climate controlled indoor space, it is to be the only such arena to operate year-round in the region. The area is to have 35 food and beverage outlets and also will be able to accommodate additional food carts.
The arena has a 17,000 person capacity and can host sporting events, shows from international performers, comedy artists, family entertainment, exhibitions, gala dinners and more. This space is customisable for various large and small-scale because of its unique adaptable design.
Concerts, matches, fundraisers, world class performances… they are all going to happen here. The arena has a rolling modular stage, automated drapes and a retractable seating system, 400 square metres of modular and ribbon LED screens and amazing sound systems that quickly adapt to various different requirements.
Maroon 5 are the megastars responsible for hits such as Girls Like You, Animals, Sugar, What Lovers Do, Sunday Morning and many more. They will be visiting Dubai and performing at the Coca Cola arena on 14th June as part of the Red Pill Blues Tour.
One of the top standups in the world right now, Indian origin Canadian Russell Peters will be performing at the arena too. This happens on 6th June 2019.
