Even he has faced rejection 

In 1987, when Sachin went to MRF Pace Foundation to train for fast bowling, Dennis Lillee declined him a place. So, did that leave him disappointed? Hell yeah, but he moved on for better options and look where he is today.

 

Sachin once played for Pakistan

Surprising but true, Sachin Tendulkar did play for Pakistan once. It was an exhibition match at Barbourne Stadium in 1988 where he played as a substitute fielder for Pakistan for around half an hour and even missed a skier catch.

 

Only stumped once

This shouldn’t be a very hard fact to believe that he has only been stumped once in his career of 24 years. Well, this record breaker happened in 2002 against England in Bangalore. He is called God for a reason!
