Alia Bhatt made her debut 5 years ago with the movie 'Student of The Year', since then, she has become an apple of our eye. She did a few good roles in the recent past and this proves she has a bright future ahead. Today, we bring you some of her upcoming films, which have the potential of taking her to the top in Bollywood.
The film is going to be released on 10 March 2017 and is the second installment of a franchise, that began with 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' in 2014 with Varun Dhawan.
She would be playing the female lead in a superhero movie with Ranbir Kapoor. It is rumoured that Amitabh Bachchan will play the villain in this film. The film is scheduled to release in the second half of 2017.
Recently, a Mid-Day report confirmed that Alia will be playing a singer in the romantic musical 'Aashiqui 3', produced by Mahesh Bhatt. In this third installment of the franchise, she will be seen opposite Sidharth Malhotra. This movie is expected to release in 2018.
We also got to know that she will be starring in Zoya Akhtar's, 'Gully Boy' with Ranveer Singh. The film is about the lives of street rappers from Mumbai's slums and is slated to release in 2018.
