The new upcoming movie starring Akshay Kumar 'Rustom', will hit the big screen on 12 August, 2016 and we have brought you some tid-bits about 'Rustom' that you should know before going to watch this film.
The movie, Rustom is based on the murder case from the 50’s, known as the Nanavati Murder Case in which an army officer tried to kill his wife's lover.
Interestingly, this will be the second time when Akshay Kumar will portray a Parsi character. First time he did so was in the 1993 movie 'Waqt Hamara Hai'.
This is not the first film which is inspired from the Nanavati murder case. Films like 'Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke' and 'Achanak' were also inspired from the same case.
The music for this movie has been composed by the famous composers Arko Pravo Mukherjee, Raghav Sachar, Ankit Tiwari, and Jeet Gannguli, while the lyrics have been written by Manoj Muntashir.
And this movie will be the directorial debut for Tinu Suresh Desai. Earlier, Baby's director Neeraj Pandey was going to be the director for Rustom, but now, he is only producing it.
