Recently, Sanjay Leela Bhansali announced that he is making the film Padmavati and according to some reports it is said that Shah Rukh Khan was approached for the film as the second lead but nothing got finalised.
This smart actor wasn't keen to do the second lead in the film, so he ignored it in a very smart way.
According to the buzz, he doubled his fee to reject the role. He demanded too huge an amount for the film, so that it didn't happen.
Now, the film will finally go on to the box office with Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles.
However, some media reports say that usually Shah Rukh Khan charges around Rs. 50 Crore for movies, but for this role he demanded a whooping amount of Rs. 90 Crore.
