It looks like, Karisma Kapoor and her estranged husband Sunjay Kapur's divorce battle is getting uglier by the day and the case is yet to reach a conclusion.
According to latest reports, actress Karisma Kapoor has filed a dowry harassment case against her estranged husband Sunjay Kapur and mother-in-law Rani Kapur in Mumbai.
Karisma has also revealed in her petition that,"He was residing with another woman in Delhi with that woman's child while still being married to her (Karisma)".
Based on her statement, the Khar police registered an FIR under the dowry section - 498 (A): husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty & Section 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.
The estranged couple had initially filed for divorce on mutual consent but apparently, Karisma withdrew her consent from the petition last year, claiming that Sunjay was unable to meet the financial commitment.
