A 2006 film which stars Sanjay Dutt, John Abraham, and Lara Dutta in the lead roles, is said to be inspired by a 2003 South Korean film called 'Old Boy'.

The film which stars Emraan Hashmi, Shriya Saran, Mrinalini Sharma and Ashutosh Rana, is said to be the remake of 'A Bittersweet Life', a 2005 South Korean film.
