The 2018 animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse awakened us to the many possibilities of the multiverse. It was a complex narrative and the IOscar winning film itself was critically acclaimed and popularly very well-received. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) will be the first of a two-part sequel to the 2018 film and the first look trailer released recently. For a lot of reasons, this has the fandom really excited.
