India is a country of strange happenings and at every single step, we witness something weird. The reason being, ardent followers of different religions and its diversity in culture. Talking about religions and strange things, what if I tell you about a place in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur, where a Royal Enfield bike is worshipped? Yes, I am not joking here and even though it’s hard to believe, it’s true.

Jai Om Banna
Well, it’s nothing like the people over there love Royal Enfield and that’s why they worship it. Instead, there’s a supernatural twist to the story. Basically, the bike belonged to the son of the village leader, Om Banna. He bought that bike right after his marriage and his love towards the bike was unusual. On 2nd December 1988, Banna was returning to home when he met with an accident and his bike hit with a tree where he died on the spot.

The Bullet God
The police recovered his bike and brought it back to his home, but it was again witnessed at the accident spot on the very next day. In fact, it kept happening continuously like magic. Police even chained the bike and locked it but somehow, it reached back to the tree without anyone touching it.

Can I Worship my Scooty?
Since then, people declared the bike as a sign of God and now people worship the bike before crossing the highway to stay safe. Well, stories might say anything but I am sure it is as hard for you to understand as it is for me.
