As soon as her shampoo and towel are placed in the bathroom, my dog senses that a bath is in the offing and futilely tries to hide under furniture, her tail firmly stuck between her legs. However show her muddy puddles and she prances right in, a picture of excited happiness. The fact that the resultant disgustingly dirty creature has to go straight for a bath escapes her. So clearly dogs love water (if not baths) as this video and its replies demonstrate:
