Gurdeep Pandher of Yukon is a Canadian dancer/teacher who is “building cross-cultural bridges, inclusivity & spreading optimism to Canada's coast to coast”.
Its -20° and with wind chill it feels like -30° --- which is painfully cold.
The video has gone viral with over 123K views and thousands of likes.
