Here again, Kumar pretends to mistake the obviously Sikh man for a Parsi and cuts him a challan (fine) for his transgressions… With some earthy Punjabi thrown in for good measure!
There goes the guy, unconcerned with the fact that there are three people on the bike or the fact that none of them is wearing a helmet. There again we have the father reference and some more sarcasm until the actual father turns up and Akshay once again intones the road किसी के बाप का नहीं है message.
Hopefully the ads will make a difference to our mad, chaotic roads and that at least a few more people will try and abide by traffic rules and regulations. Hopefully people will start treating traffic rules as injunctions to be followed rather than as tentative suggestions to be flouted at will! Perhaps more people will figure out that following the rules of the road will only keep them safer!
