They say, wise people don’t need advice, fools don’t take it. In other words, advice is typically viewed as bicycle pedals on a wheelchair; essentially superfluous. However, advice can be useful. This essentially means that do don’t spent the money you don’t have (no credit) and that you try to walk whenever and to wherever possible. This is significant money saved and calories expended. It is also a significant simplification of life when you don’t complicate it with big expenses and the stress of trying to find ways to pay for things you cannot really afford.
If you want to make one New Year resolution, let it be the resolve to start keeping a diary or journal. This is a habit as old as history and numerous recent studies have demonstrated how this is good for mental health and can be an effective tool to overcome mental illnesses. Studies have shown that “people diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder reported significantly lower depression scores after three days of expressive writing, 20 minutes per day”.
Live a simple life, love unconditionally, be loyal; be happy! There is so much we can learn from dogs. If not, adopt a dog as a pet, there are many, many benefits of this! You can learn to handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can’t eat it of play with it, just pee on it and walk away.

They tell you that sometimes your problem may just be that you had a stupid idea or that you're simply not working hard enough, or that sometimes you simply need time off, or that sometimes you need to stop making excuses for yourself!
It is simple. It is uncomplicated. It is easy to follow. Do it.
