Whenever someone says, 'leave me alone', we automatically translate that the person is sad or stressed out. But only few people understand that being alone and lonely are two different things.

In the crazy world, where we rate our days by what we have accomplished or a task crossed off, give yourself credit in doing nothing and for simply being, for taking time to sit alone, listen, daydream and creates space to think. Only then you'll be able to connect with the most important person in the world: Yourself.

Here are some ideas to help you this weekend.

1. Best weekends

A weekend in which you have no plans, you can totally chill with no responsibilities, and nowhere at all to be, ranks as one of the best weekends you’ll ever have. That’s kinda perfect.

2. Spend some good quality time alone

A good album, book, or a television show can keep your attention far longer than any party, club, or bar could.

3.Solo trips

There is nothing more exciting than planning a long and solo road trip because you know you are  going to be able to maximize your thoughts, listen to your music, and play your audiobooks for hours and hours.

4.Don’t have to  share food

When people say they can’t eat alone at a restaurant, you’re like, really? That’s one of the life’s simple pleasures! In fact, it is tone of those things we don’t like to share.

5.Don’t want someone’s opinion

You’re always working on a project –usually something artistic– and you start to get antsy if you haven’t been able to work on it for a few days.

6.Deep discussion with a close one

When you hang out with people, you always prefer seeing them one on one or in a small group, the more intimate and deep the conversation, the better. No more fake people to deal with.

7.You always know who you are

I mean you have the time of soul searching and enjoying the pleasant weather alone. Just go on long drives or sit in the balcony peacefully.
