What makes us so very happy? Is it the extra large pizza or the free oregano packets that we got with it? Is it the gol gappas or the free water that we get at the very end? We Indians know how to find happiness in small things of life and enjoy every bit of it. When others don’t get…well, it’s their problem. Check these little things of life that are so precious to us.

I like free things

Free stuff I like free things

You’ll see no Indian paying for coriander leaves and green chilies while shopping for vegetables.  To give Free “dhaniya-mirchi” is a compulsory call for every vegetable seller or say it as a ritual of India. Free things bring us happiness. *Indeed*

Free advices

Advices Free advices

Whether a person is asking for an advice or not, but we have to provide our unwelcomed assistance in every matter. We love to give advices, it’s our way to show concern and care.

  1. We can adjust
Okay, come in

Okay, come in

We just love to adjust. If an Indian guy is running late for the office, then he can board the metro, where an insect will also refuse to get in. There is clearly a lack of space but do you find anyone complaining….of course not.  If we Indians can’t manage to squeeze into anything and everything, who can.

  1. Escalators are fun
Fun isnt fun sometimes

Fun isn’t fun sometimes

If an escalator is going up, then you just have to come down on it and vice a versa. No, I am not talking about 6 year old kids but completely sensible grown up people. Call it silly, but it’s fun. Try it.

  1. If we get a window seat
Hello sir,

Hello sir.

To get a window seat in a public transport is no less than winning a jackpot. Chances are always minimal, but luckily if a person gets it, then no other happiness is bigger.

  1. Food
Its tasty right!

It’s tasty right!

We’re are real foodies, we can eat anything and everything (Edibles only). That perfect round chapatti, and spoons of ghee above it. Oh my god! *Mouth-watered*

  1. We are good at English

We love to speak English and we have our own style of it. “She failed? Unpossible!”
