It is that time of year when people around know to keep out of my way, because in the extreme heat, I may just bite the head off some poor unsuspecting soul without much provocation. When we talk heatwave in India, it’s not some wishy-washy 35 degrees that Americans think of as a heatwave; Indian heatwaves are hardcore.
