Getting married in summer can sure be a hectic and problematic task. The scorching heat of the sun can become a nightmare for any bride, as the fear of sweat ruining her make-up as well as her dress is a pretty valid fear. So, to solve this problem for all future brides, here are a few hair and skin care tips for summer brides.
Use a transparent primer
Transparent primer is the perfect solution to avoid those whose makeup tends to melt in the heat. As such, you should always apply a transparent primer before applying foundation.
Do hair before make up
Though many brides think that this won’t matter, but it actually does. Always remember to do your hair before make up, as blow dryers can mess up your make up.
Opt for tied up hair instead of loose hair
As obviously its summers, loose hair will be quite irritating and troublesome. As such, tying up your hair is the ideal solution. Also, to give your hair extra shine and smoothness, use oil and wash your hair a day prior to your wedding.
Use a blush
Using cream based formulas are not the ideal option for summers, instead use powder based blush to avoid oily and streaked skin which would allow your skin to breathe.
Don’t just think about yourself, think about others as well!
Not only do you face the problem of sun’s scorching heat, your guests will face it as well. So be a good host and provide your guests with bottles of sunscreen lotion, or better yet get a fully air conditioned hall and conduct your wedding indoors.
