We love Diwali, not just because it is a time for family get-togethers but also because it is the once-a-year ritual for friends to come together and do some hungama.
The biggest hungama being around the annual Diwali card party, that simply cannot be missed. There is always that one designated host who sets up the venue, the regulars who are there every year and the stragglers who join in for a year or two and then move on to another group.
Amidst all the fun, of course someone will take something personally and the argument will transform into a full blown verbal (sometimes physical) fight.
