UP Police and Other Reasons Spiderman No Way Home Is Still Trending

The manic excitement has been on since August when the trailer of the third instalment of Tom Holland as Spiderman dropped. And now after Spiderman No Way Home actually released, the movie has received uproariously positive receptions and has constantly been trending on social media. Even UP Police has decided to send out their message using the movie. Check that out and all the other Twitter reactions:

Don’t Drink & Drive!

The anti-drink & drive message said ‘#SpiderMan can jump & fly, but there's #NoWayHome if you are high!’ The Facebook post uses the #SpiderManNoWayHome hashtag to suggest the calling of a cab or asking a friend to drive if one is under the influence.

Most fans caught the movie early

If they didn’t manage to watch the movie, they spent time and energy avoiding spoilers – by muting certain words on social media.

The suspense

Will the earlier Spidermen – Tobey McGuire and Andrew Garfield show up in this film? The speculation runs riot and fans want to be surprised.

Will they? Won’t they?

Fans are hoping – and recalling this old meme.

Don’t spoil it

The actors asked people not to put out spoilers – and then kind of put out a spoiler themselves – in the form of Jamie Foxx.

We know this

The villains from the older films are back including Green Goblin and Electro.

Coming of age

For Tom Holland as Spiderman, this was a coming of age film where the boy transforms into a man in a sense.

Fans loved it

They loved references to some epic Spiderman themes and lines in the film. The movie has a lot of Easter Eggs that fans will identify.

Fans were like…

…This. I watched the film and I have to confess that I cried and clapped and yelled along with the best.

Spoiler without context

If you’ve watched the film, you will know!

And this

Like I said – if you know, you know!

One more

Spoiler without context

And this…

I’ll stop now.

Fan service…

At its best!

Same-same

This is not a kiddie film – a lot of very adult people are very invested.

Yes it makes us cry

For the best reasons!

Watching the film in the theatre

…It’s like this – everyone around gets it too.

And then….

…It’s safe to go on social media once again.

Scenes like this

If you haven’t watched Spiderman No Way Home yet, I would suggest you do – if not for anything, just for the cricket stadium atmosphere. It was one of the most satisfying films I've watched recently.
