Looks like, even the TV industry is having a scarcity of ideas, hence they are deriving the "inspiration" from the International shows. Here's a list of some of the Indian TV shows that are heavily inspired by superhit international shows.

1. Pyar Kii Ek Kahaani

The show has been largely based on the American TV series "The Vampire Diaries" that revolves around the lives of vampires and normal people.  Both the shows gained huge popularity amongst youth!

5. The Kapil Sharma Show

Well, not the witty and humorous monologues of Kapil Sharma, but the format of Comedy Nights With Kapil is inspired by the popular British show, The Kumars At No 42. However, their uniqueness has made both the shows equally popular among the viewers.
