Did you notice the buzz around #BadhoBahuOnAndTV? Well, it's another romantic drama with a twist. Featuring the Bigg Boss winner and model, Price Narula and Rytasha Rathore, this TV show is an absolute watch because of its unique content! This was the first week of the serial and it's already a top rated serial in the prime time slot.
The story traces the life of an overweight girl who has to face new challenges every day due to her physical appearance, but she does it with utmost confidence and breaks several stereotypes in the society.
Happily choosing to become a part of a women-centric romantic drama, Rytasha said, “I am still adjusting. It is overwhelming for sure…I did not imagine my life like this. I had never thought that I will be a part of TV,”. Reportedly, this new comer TV artist has studied acting and is also a theatre artiste.
Have you ever seen an overweight bride on the TV? Well no! Ever since I remember, only subtle, calm, submissive, white-skinned, beautiful and slim women usually qualify to be a bride or rather a bahu on TV! So, this one is a complete different story. #BhariHaiYeLoveStory
Prince Narula, the winner of various TV shows such as Roadies, Splitsvilla and Bigg Boss also stars in the TV show. He will be seen playing the role of a wrestler Lucky Singh Ahlawat who is known as Haryana's Iron Man. So, this will be an unusal love story!
Rtyasha, who plays the character of a plus-size Bahu on the TV is an absolute fun crazy human in real life who enjoys the life to its core without worrying much about anything! Talking about her character, she said, "I am extremely excited to be playing Komal as such characters seldom get written in our industry. Badho is someone we can all identify with — there is innocence, vulnerability, spunk and a whole myriad of feelings in her. The show itself has a lot of warmth and heart to it which I hope the audience enjoys"
Talking about his role in the new TV show, Prince said, "There are a lot of similarities between Prince and Lucky. So much so that the makers could have just named the character Prince. Lucky is a bindaas, happy-go-lucky guy who has worked hard to prove his might in wrestling. He has a mind of his own. How he finds himself married to someone who is definitely not the girl of his dreams and his struggle to come to terms with this reality makes the show endearing and real."
The show looks promising with its unique theme and fresh story! So, tune to &TV at 9:30 and tell us how much did you liked it!
