Finding a new job is not a piece of cake, it’s just so damn stressful. Other than job hunting, there are many more problems associated with it. We point out some funny mistakes that most people make, and after reading this, perhaps one would be smart enough to rectify them.

When the job description makes no sense

Experience for an entry level. Whaat??

2 years experience for an entry level? Where do I get that from???

Things can’t go more wrong than this. At times, some recruiters for an entry-level job write “Fresher required”, Followed by “1 to 2 years experience required”. Really?

When you know that you have made a bad first impression, but don’t know how to fix it...

Not so good with first impressions. Are you?

Not so good with first impressions. Are you?

Some of us are just not good at making the first impression. So on judgement day, we get so darn nervous that we start biting our tongue hoping that we don’t end up saying anything stupid. And well, that shows!

When your friend forgets to tell that he can help you with the job

How the hell did you forgot?

How the hell did you forget?

At this point, we are kind of in two minds. Should we be angry, that our friend forgot to tell us that he knows someone in the company we are applying to, or be happy, that now he can help us in getting the job.

When the interviewer has already decided to fail you

fgfgg

Like seriously?

Some of you would surely have been in situations, where your interviewer starts testing your understanding of Quantum Physics for a position of Graphic Designer and in your head, you’re like 'have I landed for the wrong job?'

When you mention fake skills on your resume, and get caught

Writing just about anything in our resume?

Writing just about anything on the resume?

It’s like Murphy’s law isn’t it? If you mention fake skills, the interviewer will pick that up and then grill you till you just give up and drag yourself home, vowing to delete that line from your resume forever.
