Yash Raj Films finally confirmed that the sequel to the super hit movie 'Ek Tha Tiger' will hit the silver screen later in 2017. The film would also mark the return of super awesome jodi of Salman-Katrina to the celluloid. On the account of Eid, YRF unveiled the first poster of this upcoming movie by a simple post on all social media platforms.
Produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films and directed by Ali Abbas Zaffar, the movie will mark the return of the sizzling duo of Bollywood. Salman and Katrina last shared the silver screen in 2012 in the movie Ek Tha Tiger which was the prequel to this upcoming thriller movie.
While Ek Tha Tiger was directed by Kabir Khan, interestingly, this movie will be directed by Ali Abbas Zaffar, whose last movie, 'Sultan, also starring Salman' was a super hit!
On Eid al-Adha or Bakrid, the official Twitter handle of Yash Raj Films unveiled the first look of Tiger Zinda Hai, which read, “Announcing @BeingSalmanKhan and #KatrinaKaif in #TigerZindaHai Directed by @aliabbaszafar Releasing Christmas 2017.” This surprise was surely a superb treat for all the Salman Bhai Fans on Eid.
Yash Raj Films finally unveiled the first look of Tiger Zinda Hai with this thrilling poster. The movie will be released on December 22, 2017 across the world.
The Sequel To A Superhit Movie
The action-thriller movie Ek Tha Tiger starring the superhit jodi of Salman-Katrina was one of the highest grossing movies of the year 2012. Hence, we hope that the sequel will be as powerful as the first one. However, the production house as well directors didn't utter a word on the plot of the sequel. But let's hope for an amazing story in this movie too!
