When you start seeing the realities of life, you realize you are growing up. But teenage is like a right of passage and so it comes with its own struggles.

1. “The spilt-personality disorder”

I mean, for a second your mood is great and then again you’re ready to bite off heads. It sucks really!

2.Panic Attacks

When you start to take the stress of of ‘the future’ and get a reality check on life, and suddenly you can’t breathe, you’re choking, can’t get air…..

3. Constant nervousness around the opposite sex.

When you start growing up, you suddenly start noticing the strangest thing about the guy or girl next door who you’ve known forever. Then you feel embarrassed for noticing. Suddenly there are all these feelings and attraction. Yikes!

4. Try to be Cool

When you are in your teenage, you want to get some attention. You want people to be around you all the time or at least to talk about you (in a good way). Well, that is another level of struggle.

5. Food is the only solution for you.

You often feel hungry when you are stressed out and you feel like eating all the food at home. But that’s not good for your health, so keep a track.

6. Trying to get rid of all the acne and pimples on the face.

When you attain puberty, your hormones change and you start getting pimples or acne all over the face. Even though you try a hundred remedies, it’s really hard to get rid of it.

7. Identity  Crisis

At this age, you go through a lot of stuff. You will lose friends or have multiple breakups and you will start to feel the pain of losing people.  Some questions will also pop up in your mind like who are you truly? What is your identity? What, you want to do in your life and many more.

Don’t worry! This pain is universal and is faced by every single person alive! You’ll get through it. Just remember to stay away from bad habits and never ever allow anyone to make you feel bad about who you are.
