Sure, technology is great. Especially the whole messaging thing that’s come to the smartphones. But guess what? There are some pleasures that have been lost. One such fun thing is the passing of notes in class. The boom, boom, boom of your over excited heart and the sense of achievement at not getting caught. In case you’re wondering how it was done, here are some ingenious methods.
1.Slipping notes in the book
The quick slipping of the chit in a book and then passing it on to your friend and telling him the page no. After that, he would easily find the chit. Trust me, our teachers were never able to catch us. Try it once.
2. The pen method
Here the trick was to always keep the chits small. As small as they can fit into a pen cap and then get passed on to your dear friend. Can a quick SMS replace the fun of first finding a small enough scrap of paper and then actually writing small enough to get it all in there?
3.The bathroom method
While roaming in the class, asking permission for the bathroom and dropping the chit at your friend’s desk. You can try that today as well, for some college romance.
4. Pretending to drop something
Pretending to drop a pen or something and then just slipping the chit near the friend’s shoes.
5. Drop it on their desk
This was a bit daring but total fun as well. We used to just get up from our seats and then sneak our way to the friend’s desk and drop the chit there. But it was mostly done by couples in love.
