We all enjoyed the social climber aspirations of the characters in the witty and honest Hindi Medium.  The redoubtable Irrfan Khan is now back with Angrezi Medium this time along with Kareena Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia in cameo roles. Audiences who enjoy this brand of slice-of-life films are excited to see what is on offer with the film that will release on 20th March 2020.

The ‘unwanted mehmaan’ message

Irrfan Khan has been ill for a while. In 2018 it was announced that he had a neuroendocrine tumour. In this video released a day before the Angrezi Medium trailer, he speaks about wanting to but being unable to promote his new film because of ‘unwanted guests’ residing inside him. He also speaks about how it is difficult to make lemonade when life gives us lemons and about the importance of remaining positive.
