Cheesy Omelettes with chunks of sausages

Just whip it up like a normal omelette, and add chili flakes and cheese (grated or cream), for your taste. Add fried ready-to-eat sausages while you cook it in the pan. Dig in for the sheer cheesy delight that oozes out of this heavenly omelette.
