No matter how many interviews we've attended, we always feeling nervous at the next one. With the anxiousness of bagging the job, to salary negotiations, everything makes us nervous. And the other person always comes to know because you may be doing these:

1. What did she write there?

I see!

Interviewee’s Write-up: I see!

Did the interviewer just pucker their brow and write something on the notepad? You speak what you think as a good answer should be, but if the interviewee makes a note, then you get distracted and that's exactly what they want. Hold your ground and act with confidence and calm.

2. You actually get late. Ouch!

Youre late

When You’re late: You’re late

Nothing can be worse than being late on the interview day. Ethic says not to get late for a job interview, however, no matter how in the early hours you leave or get ready, unforeseen things can stop you from arriving on time. This whole getting late scenario rolls in our mind throughout the interview and we end up stressing over things. The smart thing to do, call up the HR and inform that you are stuck due to some unavoidable circumstances. They are informed and you are relaxed.

3. Why is this going on for so long?

How much more time?

How long this interview is going to be? How much more time?

We often fret over spending hours in the interviewer’s office as some interviews go on and on and on. Beating the watch is never sensible during a job interview. You may just get unfocused if you’re uncomfortable and look like you are in a rush to close this.

4. The struggle with the answers

I think I messed it, maybe not. Lets chuck it

Talking to yourself: I think I messed it, maybe not. Let’s chuck it

When you struggle with the answers you may swiftly find yourself self-examining your own replies. The jaws keep moving up and down and the more it utters, the less sense it makes.

5. The test

A test?

The Killing Test: A test?

Some jobs call for a short but tricky test next to the interview. When we hear the word ‘Test’ we just think ‘Oh God, why?’

6. You know that face

Not a chance now

You know the interviewer: Not a chance now

That moment is no less than death, when your interviewer appears and you know that face. Now you start recollecting every sweet and sour memory with that person to tally the chances of getting shortlisted versus not.

7. The dress code

Mirror mirror, do I look good?

Did I dress to impress? Mirror mirror, do I look good?

Dressing appropriately for an interview is always crucial. You walk into an office and see people either completely in formals or casual and then you look at yourself. Did you get it wrong? Best solution, strike a balance and do some homework about the office work culture before you go for an interview,
