There are two truths about India. First being that nothing sells better in India than Bollywood, cricket and politics and the second being the fact that when Indians love someone they go beyond the whole nine yeards. When we hate someone, we hate them into the next incarnation. And when we love someone, we worship them.  In fact, some people have actually built temples as a mark of their love and reverence for some very regular and very human people. Here is the list:

Amitabh Bachchan

Considering how much we love Big B, it is not a surprise to see that his fans have created a temple in his name. The temple complex is in Kolkata and houses a pair of shoes which were used by the megastar in one of his movies.
