Are you one of those who spend most of the day staring at their computer screen and the only mobility you have is driving to your office and coming back? Well, it is the case with most of us. Our day starts when we say good morning and closes when we retire to bed with the mobile in our hands. In between there is no exercise or movement. We just sit and work. But what if you can get some exercise done while still managing your desk job. No, it’s not impossible. Here’re tricks to flex those muscles while doing whatever you are at.
