This Badass Woman Dealt With a Creep – And Everyone Loved It

In times past, it was always the noble, strong hero who would stride in to save the delicate damsel in distress. Now women can and do take care of themselves. They don’t wait around for that noble hero; they do their own bashing up. And most people approve! This video demonstrates this fact.

Just desserts!

The video is that of a woman and a man in a lift with the CCTV camera recording them. We see the man crowding the woman and invading her personal space. She avoids him until he actually touches her and then she gives him bloody what for!

People loved it!

Most tweeple were amused and appreciative of the swift, sure action that the woman took against the man.

Ashamed!

While many applauded the swift and strong action that the woman took to retaliate against the man’s actions, others expressed regret about so many women being subjected to such violations on an everyday basis.

Teaching creeps a lesson

Many watching the video thought that it was great how the woman responded to the man’s actions; expressing the view that the man would have learned a valuable lesson for life.

Nice!

This guy apparently thought that the creep had been let off lightly! He feels that the  woman was “too nice” to the creepy man.

Lost in translation?

This tweet seems to miss the point about harassment completely; seems to think that the video's message is that it’s OK to look but not to touch.

Just to clarify

No, ogling is not OK, clarifies another tweet. It can be creepy and uncomfortable making and unnerving to be stared at. Perhaps some men need for these basic things to be spelt out.

Fake?

The video appears to be surveillance from a CCTV camera; however many thought that it was all too pat and that it seemed staged.

Training video?

Many people thought that this was perhaps a training video to demonstrate to women how they could defend themselves against predators in an enclosed space such as a lift or some isolated place.

Perhaps

Perhaps this is a training video. But the very fact that we still need to make and put out such videos; that women need to learn self defence to protect themselves is itself a telling fact!
