As a lead up to the second time that the Kejriwal Govt. plans to implement the odd-even rule caused by the odd-even rule, a government official has confirmed that the cities of Mumbai and Bengaluru are set to follow suit. Witnessing the warm welcome that the Delhi odd-even formula received by citizens, the authorities were relieved to finally have found the perfectly sound solution to curb the nuisance of pollution.

With reports of the Delhi experiment being quite the success, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal told the reporters outside his residence that Delhi will show way to the rest of the country. And indeed it has. Our sources have confirmed that Mumbai and Bengaluru will adopt this radical scheme in the coming months.

“Ever since Mr. Kejriwal introduced the genius idea of odd-even formula in Delhi I have been waiting for its waves to change my polluted city”, said Anusha, a Mumbai resident who has had enough of the rising pollution levels of the city. People from Bengaluru have also lauded the authorities for their initiative, and have welcomed this change with open arms. “I can’t wait to be a part of this revolutionary idea”, exclaimed Rahul, a young IT professional from Bengaluru.

Unfortunately, neither Anusha or Rahul drive their own cars and we couldn’t get real car owners to give us a proper comment. For some strange reason the words odd-even sent them into a fit of sputtering incoherence.
