In this movie Dhansika has appeared as the on-screen daughter of Rajinikanth, for which she went on to cut her hair short.

She was born on 20 November, 1989 in Thanjavur and her mother tongue is Tamil.

This 26 year old actress has appeared in many Tamil movies, including 'Peranmai', 'Aravaan', 'Paradesi', 'Ya Ya' and 'Maanja Velu'.
