We all know whats good for us. But we all believe we are invincible. That is why we are willing to bet that most people are guilty of these habits, or at least 80% of these habits.

Waking up late

First things first, you should wake up at least 3-4 hours before your working hours. Many of us wake up just 1-2 hours before the office time and then rush to work. Waking up early will ensure you get enough time to get ready and not to curse traffic if you are rushing to office

Drinking coffee or smoking a cigarette

Many of us require a ‘kick’ to start the day. However as cliched as it may sound, too much of caffeine or cigarettes can destroy your body slowly over the period of time. Your body wakes up after 8 hours of fasting, why not provide it some fresh juice that can be digested quickly?

No stretching or exercise

After you wake up from sleep, your body muscles are stiff. It is best if you strech them a bit and hit the gym during the morning hours. If you are not a member of any gym, don’t be lazy and at least go for a morning walk.
