When something like onion or tomato or potato is trending we mostly assume that it is because of a price rise and people are hurting; sublimating their pain via meme humour. This time around, this was not the reason for this humble vegetable trending. This was yet another trend initiated by Zomato – like the ‘ghar jaisa khana’ trend or the restaurant name trend; about pyaaz.
This time they asked the tweeple to substitute ‘pyaar’ with ‘pyaaz’ in the lyrics of songs.
