Newest Bollywood Heart-Throb Taapsee Pannu To Star In 'Naam Shabana'

After creating headlines for movie Pink, Taapsee is all set to rock her next debut, Naam Shabana opposite Akshay Kumar. Despite her devil-may-care attitude and her love for the outdoors, Taapsee managed to make a name in Bollywood. It has been six years now and Pannu has worked in 23 films across four different languages and one among her grand film features would be Naam Shabana.

Naam Shabana is an upcoming Bollywood drama movie directed by Shivam Nair and produced by Neeraj Pandey, under his banner of Friday Filmworks. According to reports, the movie is a sequel of 2015's BABY.

The makers of the Naam Shabana have decided to cast Taapsee in the movie with her learning and training in mixed martial arts and Aikido along with continuing to train in Krav Maga for the film.

After electrifying the theaters merely with her presence in the movie Pink, the audience is eagerly waiting for Naam Shabana. She would be seen opposite Akshay Kumar and we can't resist in sharing the excitement around this movie.

Cast of the movie

Taapsee Pannu will be seen playing the lead role in the film as Priya. Apart from this, Akshay Kumar has a special apperance in the movie.  Manoj Bajpayee, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Elli Avram and Anupam Kher are the other cast involved. 

Release of the movie

According to her co-workers, Taapsee is a brilliant actress and she hardly needs cuts and retakes. Considering this, the makers are expecting that Naam Shabana will hit theaters as early as September 2017.
