Over the past few months, the furore has been building up for the epic villain venture of DC Comics, Suicide Squad. From the anticipation of watching if Jared Lato can take forward the epic legacy of Heath Ledger, to his antics on the set, the 30 second to Mars singer has hogged more or less all the attention around the movie which also stars some epic DC Villains like Harley Quinn portrayed by Margot Robbie, Rick Flag portrayed by Joel Kinnaman, Amanda Waller portrayed by Viola Davis, Boomerang portrayed by Jay Courtney, and many more such legends, actors and characters alike.

However, recently, the limelight is in its full glory on Cara Delevingne, the English model and actress who plays the role of Enchantress. The Paper Town actress recently revealed the very interesting and quite peculiar details of her audition for the part, in her interview for the magazine W.

In the candid interview, she divulged that she met the director on a stormy night, where they discussed issues like psychopathy and other mental disorders. On their second meeting, however, she was asked to read Who’s Afraid of The Virginia Wolf. The actress said that she was so livid with anger that not once was she handed over the script, and she actually thought she was being played over. The best was yet to come.

In the third meeting, she was asked to roam naked into a forest and feel the nature around her, with the whistling of trees around, the mud raking into her feet, the winds bristling, and the birds chirping away. She did all that, and guess what, even tried howling like a wolf while she was roaming like a female Mowgli.

Cara was quoted saying;

“There still wasn’t a script, but David asked me to go and try and find a forest and, if it was a full moon, get naked and walk through the woods with my feet in the mud, which I did. There wasn’t a full moon, but I howled like a wolf. It would have been really funny if someone had seen me.”

Enchanting and dangerous

If the auditions and anticipation are so exciting, we dare not think how kick ass the movie would be. Well, given that Batman vs Superman causing huge disappointment to some, with all the excitement we really expect that Suicide Squad would wash away the sorrows.
