They just kind of pop out when you sit and the worst is when you try to fit them in your jeans.  In order to really get rid of it, you need to precisely target them; with a combination of diet, exercise, and other factors. So, here are a few tips and exercises to follow and lose your love handles.

The first step is to cleanse your body of all the toxins. Change your lifestyle. Eat lean and clean. Include lots of protein and fiber in your diet.

Breakfast is the first meal of the day and you must not skip it. For the only reason being, that you feel hungrier as the day goes on. And end up binging on snacks and munchies.
