1. Water
Your body is completely dried up. Splashing water didn’t help. But drinking it up will. Try finishing one bottle of water, no matter how much revolting it looks.
2. Sprite can be a real help
Luckily, caffeine-free soda, can offer much relief during a hangover. Many studies say that sprite is more effectual than herbals.
3. Herbal teas
Herbals are considered one of the safest and long lasting remedies for hangover. Sipping peppermint or ginger tea can be the perfect soothing potion for hangover-related sickness and indigestion.
4. Asparagus
It might not satisfy our taste buds, but it can actually tackle the bad hangover and protect our body from booze hit.
5. Banana, the real savior
It may sound odd, but eating bananas with pretzels can work as a medicine for bad hangover. These foods contain high salt and potassium content, and cures hangover – nausea.
6. Coffee and aspirin
A lot can happen over a cup of coffee; even your sickness can be fixed. Drinking coffee with aspirin is the most foreseeable and simple combination, which actually works.
Toast and crackers
Those days are long gone, when our mom use to give us toast for the feast. Astonishingly, toast is also a cure for nauseous hangover.
