What is the most annoying thing in this world for a girl? Well, this may be hard to believe but it’s actually waking up in the morning and getting ready to go outside. Yeah I know what you’re thinking, that girls love getting ready but, trust me, we really despise it. If you want to know what they really think read on:

“How much time do I have?”

As soon as we get out of our beds, we start thinking – How much time will it take for a bath? How much time will the makeup take? How much time do I have for my hair? And this list goes on and on.

Which dress should I wear?”

Is this dress too festive? But the other one is just so dull and the third one just doesn’t fit anymore. In the end, the second thought that goes through every girl’s mind when getting ready is ‘”I don’t have anything to wear”. *sad face*

“Will I meet my boyfriend today?”

After we’ve decided what we’re wearing, we immediately start thinking about our boyfriends and if we will be able to meet him or not. Because we want them to see the results of our efforts and we start daydreaming about the compliments we’ll be getting from him.

“Will I look better than her today?”

Although not many would like to admit it, but most girls have to participate in an unspoken competition at their workplace. So, after we are done getting ready, we can’t help but wonder if we’ll look better or worse than our colleagues.

“Oh god! I’m running late!”

When will I reach? What will I say if I get late? I better make sure that I wake up tomorrow on time.

“Oh no! I’m having a bad hair day”

While making our way to work, we start wondering if we’re having/going to have a bad hair day or not. As most women will let you know, it’s one of their worst nightmares.

“Don’t spoil it please”

While we’re giving our lipstick a retouch or fixing our mascara, we pray to ourselves to not mess it up by making any wrong hand movements.

“I will go shopping today”

Whenever we are getting ready, we start thinking about all those important cosmetics, clothes and accessories that we currently don't possess. As such, shopping for all of them is another thought that we get.

“I look good today”

After thinking about everything else, we give ourselves a pat on the back for looking good. Self-confidence is key.

“I should start planning tomorrow’s schedule”

And finally, we start thinking about tomorrow’s schedule and start praying for the weekend to come early.
